Hello!
A sudo apt-get -f install entered into the terminal often works but tijybba is right; post the output of apt-get update if my tip does not work. – onse Jul 12 '12 at 17:32 1 The best advice is to reboot, and try it will run just fine. Assuming the psql command-line tool, you may use copy instead of copy. Copy opens the file and feeds the contents to the server, whereas copy tells the server the open the file itself and read it, which may be problematic permission-wise, or even impossible if client and server run on different machines with no file sharing in-between. Under the hood, copy is implemented as COPY FROM stdin. Sep 21, 2009 Our project managers and engineers can take over your existing project and bring new life to your business.
Server/PostgreSQL/ folders with a backup. Unfortunally I dont have the right permissions on the PostgreSQL/data/ folder. Can anyone help me with resetting those for the foldr, and the subfiles/folders. As it is now the PostgreSQL.log gives me this fault. CETFATAL: could not create lock file 'postmaster.pid': Permission denied. The permissions. I would try the following since it seems like you're attempting to start the PostgreSQL service with vagrant's credentials even though you're doing a sudo. This will just confirm that you can in fact start PostgreSQL. $ sudo su - $ service postgresql start.
I've got a new iMac for work and I did the mistake to log-in with my personal apple ID and it started copying all my personal data, while I only wanted work related files on this device. That is why I've decided to find a way to somehow reinstall my OS and take it to it's factory settings.
Canon selphy cp800 driver for mac yosemite. I've found this OPTION+COMMAND+R holding method while restarting. At first, I've got an error on that screen where the globe is spinning. I've somehow managed to get over that and now if I am trying to reinstall the OS I am getting a 'The operation couldn't be completed. Permission denied'. No matter what I do, I end up back on this screen and I can't do anything from here.
